Kanye West - POWER
Kanye West's new music video is quite impressive. He moves away from the stereotypical rap/hip-hop video, and brings us something breathtakingly beautiful.
I highly recommend watching it in HD on Vimeo.

Röyksopp's Adventures in Barbieland
Röyksopp have been working hard promoting their much anticipated new album "Senior" (out Sept 13th) Its the follow up to the crittically acclaimed "Junior" that was released last year. The two albums were recorded at the same time and as Röyksopp explain they are meant to compliment each other
The two albums (’Junior’ and ‘Senior’) have a kinship, in that they represent Röyksopp’s two very different artistic expressions. ‘Junior’ – with emphasis on vocals, accessible melodies and harmonies, has the energy, the inquisitive temper and confident “hey-ho, let’s go!”-attitude of youth, whereas ‘Senior’ is the introverted, dwelling and sometimes graceful counterpart – brimfull with dark secrets and distorted memories, insisting “I’m old, I’ve got experince…”. Senior’ is furthermore an album about age, horses and being subdued – with devils breathing down your neck.
On that note I present Röyksopp's Adventures in Barbieland - A short film/music video in anticipation of their album launch. Its basically 10 minutes of bizarre Norwegian film making, but expertly done none the less, and with a catchy electronic sound.
Heres their first release Eple, just because I love the video and song so much.
They certainly do know how to create a catchy tune.

Tempus II
I have always been fascinated with high speed cameras. The beauty of objects in motion is often unseen to the naked eye at regular speeds, but with the help of the latest technology we can glimpse things at a fraction of the speed, often leading to mind blowing visuals and beautiful chaos.
Sit back enjoy this wonderful clip from Phillip Heron and James Adair.

Accumulonimbus
A meditation on motion and the life cycle of matter. The medium was clay on glass.
I cant help agree with one of the comments; "I've never seen clay look so elegant!"
